What an amazing day we had. (Click on photo above to see a video of our adventure!)

Microphones galore, a superb mixing desk setup by the very jovial Jordan, and led from the front, as always by Maia.

The day flew by with hard work, joy and laughter.

Each track on this album has been worked on tirelessly, by each member. There's nowhere to hide in a choir this size, especially when we are split into six and eight-part harmony, and that's just one reason why Soul Reason is a fabulous group to be involved with.

Formed during the pandemic in 2021, it began as a virtual choir that Maia formed to help people who were struggling with isolation and a lack of external activities.
Small, but perfectly formed, that might have been the first and last of Soul Reason, but the enthusiasm of its members and Maia saw it move into the 'actual'.

Going from strength to strength, Soul Reason has built on this to improve year on year, with an increase in the number and complexity of repertoire.

Via a member vote, we selected the songs you're going to hear from our back catalogue; spanning each of the five years Soul Reason has been alive.

On our choir app, 'ChoirMate', it says in the description of Soul Reason "The finest choir on the planet, with the best people ever"! When you listen to this album, we hope you hear the vocal version of that quote.
