Community Soul Terms & Conditions
This is an Agreement between You, the Participant, and Community Soul.
By following the payment process at our Website to become a Participant with Community Soul, you are accepting the terms and conditions in this Agreement. You should only join if you are willing to accept them.
Membership & Purchases
- By signing up to take part in a Community Soul event, you consent to receiving communications relating to Community Soul and other singing opportunities.
- Your place at any Community Soul event is confirmed only upon receipt of payment.
- We operate a Pay Less/Pay More scheme. You can pay £12 to cover the cost of the session, £8 for the session if this would help you access the group where the full price may be a barrier, or £16+ to help support others to access this event.
- You have the right to cancel your attendance up to 7 days before any event to receive a refund. After this point, no refunds will be issued. Please notify us by email to: onedaychoirs@mhvsvoicecoach.com.
- If events are cancelled due to illness or acts of God (weather etc.) then Community Soul will make best endeavours to provide an alternative time. You will not be refunded for this session in the first instance unless an alternative option cannot be given.
- Community Soul will always endeavour to give as much notice as possible for any changes made to scheduled events.
Terms
- The harmonies, concepts and resources created, or purchased, for the use of Community Soul are owned by Maia Hendrickx Vocal Studios. In taking part in any rehearsal, workshop or event it is agreed that resources will not be used, amended, copied or replicated at any other event, or to any group or in any venue.
- You are entitled to access and use resources defined by your Membership, strictly for your own personal use.
- Permission is granted to use the materials shared with you for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
a) modify or copy the materials.
b) use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial).
